What you’ll find
What we collect:
Conwy Archives collects material related to Conwy County’s history. This includes all sorts of items: parish registers, estate plans, petty sessions records, personal photo albums, and video material. We keep Conwy’s history alive and accessible to the public.
Most Unusual Item:
Our plan of the Gorddinog Estate from 1894, showing the various buildings and utility pipe layouts on the estate, has a sense of century-old treasure maps about it – and it’s too long to fully unfurl in the archive search room itself!
